In short: Chat for changes across the set, the pencil for one frame.
There are two ways to change a sketch, and picking the right one saves time.
Ask in chat for anything broad
Make it warmer, cut the copy, try a different opening. Chat is right when the change affects more than one frame or you would rather describe the outcome than do it.
Open a frame to change it yourself
Hover a frame and hit the pencil. It opens in the editor with everything still editable, so you can move type, swap a photo or fix a line.
Everything stays on brand
Frames come in as real, editable elements rather than flattened pictures, so edits keep your fonts, colours and logo rather than breaking them.
Landing pages are chat-only for now
A landing page frame cannot be opened in the editor yet. Refine those by asking in chat.
Small copy fixes are usually faster in the editor. Anything about direction is faster in chat.
