In short: Settings → Maia Settings → Slack → Connect to Slack. Pick your workspace and approve.
Maia is your AI account director. In Slack she becomes a teammate you can message. You send her a direct message, or mention her in a channel, and she does the work in Protaigé.
Slack is part of the Maia add-on, so the Slack section only appears once your brand has it. Each brand connects to its own workspace. It takes about four minutes.
Connect your workspace
Open Settings, then the Maia Settings tab. Scroll to the Slack section. Press Connect to Slack. Slack asks which workspace to add her to. Approve it. You come back to Protaigé and the card shows a Connected badge. If the Slack section is missing, buy the Maia add-on first.
Find her in Slack
Open Slack. Maia appears in your sidebar under Apps. Open her Home tab to see your brand dashboard.
Send her a direct message
Message her the way you would message a colleague. She remembers the conversation, so you do not repeat yourself. Work you start in Slack shows up in Protaigé.
Or mention her in a channel
Invite her to a channel and mention her like anyone else. She reads the conversation and replies there, so the team sees her answer.
Disconnect when you want
Back in the Slack section, press Disconnect and confirm. Maia stops responding in that workspace. Press Connect to Slack to bring her back.
Slack messages count against the same message bundle as email and WhatsApp. Sent and received both count.
