In short: Launchpad in the left rail. Dashboard for performance, then Scheduled, Drafts and Published.
Publishing scatters. A post goes to Instagram, another to LinkedIn, a third waits in drafts, and the numbers live in whichever app you last logged into. Launchpad is where they come back together.
It reads from your connected accounts, so what you see here depends on what is connected in Integrations rather than on what Protaigé made.
Pick a channel, or stay on all of them
The row along the top filters everything below it. All channels, then Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest and Threads. Everything on the page respects the filter, so the numbers change with it.
Four tabs, in the order work moves
Dashboard is performance. Scheduled is queued and not yet out. Drafts is written and not yet scheduled. Published is everything that has gone. Each carries a count, so you can see at a glance whether anything is waiting on you.
The headline numbers
Impressions, reach and engagement rate across the range you choose, from the last seven days to all time. Engagement rate is only measured where a channel reports impressions, so a channel that does not report them contributes to the totals without contributing a rate.
Where the engagement came from
Engagement by channel ranks them against each other, and engagement composition splits the total into likes, comments, shares and saves. Between them they answer whether a channel is quietly carrying the campaign.
Best time to post
A grid of day against hour, shaded by average engagement. Read it as a description of your audience rather than a rule, and treat a thin week as thin evidence.
Campaign performance
The table at the bottom groups posts by the campaign they came from, with reach, engagements and rate for each. This is the view that answers which campaign actually worked.
Follower counts and follower growth are not filled in. The publishing provider does not return them yet, and the page says so rather than showing a zero that looks like a result. Everything else is live.
