In short: Open a photo in Brand Photos, then the three-dots menu beside Download, and choose Set as style reference.

Yasmin, who shoots your brand's images, can match your brand's photographic style, but only if it is shown what that style looks like. Style References are how you show it.

You pick a small set of your own photos and they act as anchors for mood, colour, composition and feel. Get them right and generated images land close to on brand without correction.

1

Mark a photo as a reference

In Brand DNA, Photos, open a photo from Brand Photos so its detail panel slides in. The three-dots menu beside Download holds the actions, and Set as style reference is one of them. It is not on the card itself. The photo then carries a Style reference badge in the grid.

2

Build a set of up to eight

Eight is the ceiling, and it is deliberate. Enough to show your range, few enough that the signal stays clear.

3

Review them together

Your chosen photos gather under the Style tab, beside Brand Photos and Local Photos, so you can see the whole set at once and check it still feels right. Before you mark anything, the tab simply points you back to your photos.

Choose for feel rather than subject, because it is the style that transfers, not the contents. Vary the colours, moods and layouts so the full range of your look is visible, and avoid stacking up near-duplicates, which only costs you creative range. Once the set is marked there is nothing else to do. Every image generated from then on leans on it. Swap photos out later through the same menu.
