When you click into a campaign from the Campaigns dashboard, you land on the Campaign Detail page. This is where the real work happens - taking a brief all the way through to finished creative assets, with AI doing the heavy lifting at every step.

This tutorial walks you through each stage of the campaign creation workflow.

The campaign header

At the top of the page you'll see your campaign name, its current status badge, and a description of where things stand. The three-dot menu gives you quick access to archive or delete the campaign.

Below the header, two main tabs control your view:

  • Create - the campaign building workflow (where you'll spend most of your time)
  • Launch - publishing and distribution tools for when your campaign is ready to go live

The Create workflow

The Create tab uses a vertical step-by-step navigation on the left side. Each step builds on the previous one, and you'll see visual indicators showing which steps are complete, in progress, or still locked.

Brief

Your campaign brief is the foundation. It contains everything Protaigé's AI agents need to understand your campaign - the product, audience, objectives, channels, and creative direction. You can edit the brief at any time.

Concept

Once your brief is set, Protaigé generates strategic concepts for your campaign. These are the big creative ideas - the narrative angles and themes that will shape everything that follows. Review the options, pick the one that resonates, and approve it to move forward.

Hero Copy

With a concept locked in, the AI writes hero copy - the headline messaging that anchors your campaign. You'll see multiple variations to choose from. Pick the one that nails it, or ask for more options.

Hero Image

This is where your campaign gets visual. Select or generate images that bring your hero message to life. You can open the creative editor to fine-tune layouts, swap elements, and adjust compositions.

Key Visuals

Key visuals scale your hero into a full set of campaign formats. The creative editor lets you adapt your approved hero across different aspect ratios and placements - think social banners, display ads, and print formats.

Tactics

Tactics are channel-specific executions of your campaign - an Instagram carousel, a Google Display ad set, an email header. Each tactic gets its own tab in the sidebar, grouped by category (Social, Display, Email, etc.).

Click Add New to create a tactic. Choose the channel and format, and Protaigé generates copy and creative tailored to that platform's best practices.

You can rename tactics, expand or collapse tactic groups, and click into any tactic to see its generated content.

Assets

The Assets tab is your campaign's finished output - every approved creative asset in one place. From here you can review what's ready, open drafts for further editing, and download everything you need.

Tip: You don't have to complete every step in one sitting. Your progress saves automatically, so you can close the browser and pick up exactly where you left off.
