In short: New Campaign, then Build Brief.

The builder is the hands-on route. It asks for one thing at a time and pulls the options from your Brand DNA, so you are choosing rather than typing.

1

Pick the product

Comes straight from your Brand DNA, so the campaign is anchored to something real. Both the product and the audience questions have a second tab, Custom description and Custom persona, for briefing something that is not in your library yet. What you type there belongs to this campaign only.

2

Pick the persona

This is the choice that most changes the tone of what comes back.

3

Set the objective

Awareness, consideration or conversion. It shifts the whole shape of the copy.

4

Add anything it cannot know

Timing, offers, constraints, a competitor move. Your context beats its inference.

If a section is missing options, that usually means the matching part of Brand DNA is thin, and filling that in helps every future campaign too.
