In short: Settings, Subscription. Upgrade is on the same screen.
Your plan decides what is available and how many Sparks you get. The Subscription tab is where you see both, along with your recent invoices.
Check what you are on
The tab shows your current plan, what it costs and when it next renews, which is the starting point for any decision about changing it. Anything you have bought on top, the Maia add-on included, shows in the invoice list underneath as its own line.
Upgrade when the limits bite
If features are locked or Sparks run out mid-month, the plan is the constraint rather than the product.
Top up without upgrading
If you only need more headroom occasionally, buying Sparks is cheaper than moving up a tier. The one thing that is not a tier decision is the Maia add-on, which any plan can buy without upgrading.
Changes go through Stripe, so billing details and invoices live there rather than here.
