How to change or cancel your subscription directly through Stripe.

Your subscription, your choice. Whether you’re switching to a different plan or stepping away for now, managing your subscription is simple. All changes happen securely through Stripe, our billing partner, so you stay in control of your payments and plan details at every step.
Downgrading your plan (Pro → Plus → Lite)
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. This ensures you keep the features you’ve already paid for and gives you time to wrap up active campaigns.
- Existing campaigns are never removed.
- On the downgrade date, the new plan limits are applied:
- Pro → Plus or Pro → Lite: no rollover allowance.
- Plus → Lite: rollover balance capped at 10 campaigns when the new plan starts.
Cancelling your plan
If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan at the end of your billing cycle. All your existing campaigns and generated content will remain available for you to download, but your tokens and campaign allowance will reset to the Free plan limits.

A step-by-step guide

1. Navigate to settings.

2. Click the SUBSCRIPTION tab to view and manage your current plan details.

3. Select Manage Plan to open options for adjusting or cancelling your subscription.

4. You will be redirected to Stripe. Click Update subscription to change your plan.

5. Review plan options and select a new plan if you wish to upgrade or switch.

6. To end your subscription, select the Cancel button.

7. Confirm your choice to cancel and stop further payments.

8. Return to the main platform.
