In short: Ask on WhatsApp, Slack or email and the finished sketch arrives there as a PDF.
If you asked for something in a message, the answer should arrive in that message. Ask Maia for a sketch on WhatsApp and she sends the finished file back to the same conversation, rather than leaving it waiting in the app for you to go and find.
You can also ask for it from anywhere, at any point, for a sketch you made days ago.
Ask where you already are
A sketch you started on WhatsApp, Slack or by email delivers itself back into that channel the moment it is finished, as a PDF. You do not have to ask twice or open the app. Requests made in the app itself are the exception, because the canvas is already showing you the result.
Or just ask for it
Email me this sketch. Send it to my WhatsApp. Post it to me on Slack. Any of those work while you are looking at a sketch, and they work on an old one too.
It goes to you unless you say otherwise
Delivery defaults to your own account email, your connected WhatsApp number or your own Slack DM. It only goes to someone else if you give that address in the conversation, so a stray request cannot send client work to the wrong person.
A whole sketch, one slide, or one group
Ask for the lot, for a single frame ("send me slide 2"), or for one group out of a set. A PDF arrives as one document whichever you choose. A PNG is a single frame, and several frames come back as a zip.
What arrives
PDF is the default and the safer choice for anything with several frames. On WhatsApp a PDF arrives as a document and a PNG as an image. The editable HTML cannot be delivered this way, so for that use the export link instead.
If the file cannot be sent for any reason, she tells you so in the channel rather than going quiet, and says the sketch is ready anyway. Delivery happens once per sketch, so a hiccup on our side will not send it to you twice.
