In short: There is no layers panel. Stacking order is on the right-click menu.
A few of these are not where people expect them, which is worth knowing before you go hunting.
Stacking order
Right-click an element for bring forward and send backward. There is no layers panel, so ordering is done on the canvas rather than in a list.
Align and distribute
Align to the group when several things are selected, or to the page when one is. Distribute spaces a row or column evenly.
Group
Group to move things together, and enter the group to edit inside it. Groups nest.
Combine shapes
Union, difference, intersection and exclude, which work on shapes and text. Difference is how you cut one shape out of another.
Locking
There is no lock button. What can be moved, resized or edited is set by the design kit, which is why some elements in a template resist being dragged.
Snapping guides appear as you drag, so alignment usually happens without reaching for the align tools at all.
