In short: Your account menu, top right, then Teams, then INVITE. Two roles work today, Owner and Admin.
Protaigé is not much use as a single-player system. Your Brand DNA, your templates and your campaigns are shared, so the people who brief and approve work should be in here with you.
Open Teams
Teams is its own page rather than a Settings tab. Open your account menu at the top right and choose Teams. The table lists everyone already in the workspace with their email, their role and whether they have accepted yet.
Invite
The INVITE button takes a name, an email and a role, then sends them a link. They show as Invited until they accept, and Active once they have, so you can see at a glance who has not got round to it.
Owner or Admin
Owner has full control over the workspace and the billing. Admin can manage brand settings, campaigns and the team itself, but not the money. Admin is the default on the form and the right choice for most people.
The other five roles are not live yet
The picker also lists Manager, Marketer, Creator, Approver and Viewer, all greyed out. They are the finer grades for someone who should make or review work without running the workspace, and none of them can be assigned yet. Until they can, Admin is the only way to give someone access.
Changing or removing someone
The role dropdown on each row changes it there and then. An Admin can promote another Admin but cannot create an Owner or remove one, so the top of the tree stays with whoever holds it.
One thing to know before you invite widely, an Admin can manage the team, which means they can invite other people too. If that matters for your workspace, keep the Admin list short until the narrower roles arrive.
